I’ve been living here now for 1week now my appointment has everything I wanted and more the community is super friendly Love the dog park I was super excited to see the dog park gets cleansed everyday by maintenance and the work out room has everything you need to get your day off right the pool is also cleaned every day it seems like if I have a problem they are going to take care of it right away that makes me comfortable and with security and lit up walkways definitely recommend this place for anybody with kids or new to az

WOW ! These ladies Anna and Alyssa are a pretty good set of people. They have treated me with the utmost Respect since I have known them. They have met all of my concerns and any issues I have had with a "Quickness". Not once have I walked into there office and they put me off or ignored me. Each one of them have always greeted me with a smile and tended to my apartment needs. They either call, text or email me with a follow up in regards to anything I have questions about and they are always smiling. Please keep up the good work, for you will someday be rewarded for your kindness and professionalism ! ! !

I will be moving to the area soon. Alyssa gave me a tour of the property and it looks amazing with the recent renovations. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to my needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are pretty cool with up to date equipment, rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the location and covered parking garage. . I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks, gas station, and grocery. definitely recommend

I’ve lived here for over 5 years, I’ve seen a lot of management companies come and go. This one is amazing, not gonna lie I was skeptical at first but they put in a dog park, the pools finally been open all year and it’s now a place I would lounge in. The apartments are updated and the neighbors friendly! So glad I stayed!

Stayed here during my divorce. It was awful-- NOT THE APARTMENT,but my divorce. It was very quiet at night and when it was not, Glendale PD was there fast. They put gates up before I left and that decreased the night walker traffic. In all, it's 4 stars not because of the apartments, but because some tenants still think it's OK to live like trash ppl. Luckily, they were slowly 🐌 moving out while new tenants came in. The pool is awesome and they have a good dog park. However, the ppl that don't GAF about accommodation accountability are too slow to pick up after their dogs. Apt are being remodeled and hopefully hard working families continue to live here.

I've lived here for about 4 years there's been three different owners these owners are the best they've done everything they said they were going to do and more painted a place we did the pools the cameras up gym it's nice to clean put gates up the management is awesome Anna and Alyssa get my work orders done on a timely manner was doing laundry one day drop my laundry card on the floor in the laundry room and I'm in a wheelchair so I called Alyssa came and got it for me they go beyond and above to please their residence I do recommend moving here neighbors are nice kids are nice it's next to Fry's the rent is good I like stopping in the office and talking to them regularly they are professional and at the same time have a sense of humor and laughing joke around with you it is nice and I asked about how your day is they do care thank you Anna and Alyssa for being great

This was my first apartment, and I have to say, the ladies here made it very easy to get everything organized and signed right away! Little to no wait on touring the rooms with excellent communication to ensure we get everything done. As well the community here are quite lovely to talk with. Rooms are very pleasant and decently sized for what they are. Only thing I would say is the wait time to get anything fixed or repaired depending on the urgency of the situation can take quite some time, But besides that, this is a great choice for those who are starting out and need somewhere to call home!

When you sign up to live in a bad part of town it’s not going to look like caesars palace outside, and you should expect something to be wrong. If you don’t you’re naive. The apartments are nice on the inside. Management always work with us. We had roach issues the first few months but they’ve a bombed 3 times and spray ever so often and I have not seen anymore! We haven’t had bedbugs, or any other pest issues. Overall great place for second chances, they except felonies and evictions! But remember if you have a felony and an eviction your double high risk and they can still deny you.
